Designed as a mild conditioning rinse for daily use, Conditioner 2 is safe and gentle enough for damaged processed hair- rinse out conditioner is safe for damaged, processed and color treated hair. Formulated with panthenol (pro-vitamin B5) and enriched with a blend of botanical extracts, Conditioner 2 helps to thicken and repair hair while leaving it soft and shiny.
Directions: After using your favorite PPI shampoo, apply to clean wet hair. Wait one to two minutes then rinse.
